After months of this no-hockey bullshit, we get two pieces of news that make me very happy. So happy that I actually let out small screams of happiness here at work. Office decorum be damned!

I caught up on the episodes of The Wire that I've missed, and good lord that show is excellent. I just heard today that it's getting super-horrible ratings, though. I really hope it doesn't get canceled because it's great. Someone watch it, PLEASE.
